Chuck was very professional and I am very pleased with the windows. My husband was not thrilled when we had to reschedule the install due to a little rain, but I guess it was for the best. He kept in touch with me and let me know when my windows were ordered and when they had arrived. The new windows arrived on Tuesday and had them in on Saturday. Our house is 4 degrees cooler with the new windows and they look wonderful. We are now looking into replacing our old front door.
